A gentle return to the part of you that still needs your care. Through guided visualization and reflective journaling, this session helps you reconnect with younger parts of yourself who may still be holding fear, shame, or unmet needs. We move gently, using somatic awareness and compassion as our anchors — no forcing, no fixing, just remembering and softening.
